This policy explains what information Agency11 Creative Studio ("Agency11", "we", "us") receives when you use this website or contact us, and how we use it. We aim to keep it short and plain.
Who we are
Agency11 is a creative studio offering branding, web development and ecommerce creative. We work from a studio in Punjab, Pakistan and have a US office in Texas. You can reach us at theagency11.team@gmail.com.
What information we receive
- Contact forms. When you send a form on this site (name, email, company, country, services of interest, budget range and a description of your project), it is sent to our website server, which emails it to us. We do not keep form submissions in a database on the website. If the server cannot send the message, your email app opens instead with the message ready to send.
- Email and WhatsApp. If you email or message us directly, we receive whatever you choose to send, together with your email address or phone number.
- Technical data. Like any website, our hosting provider may keep standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested) for security and reliability.
Cookies and analytics
This website does not currently use advertising cookies or analytics tools. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent.
Third-party services
- Google Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser connects to Google servers to download them. Google’s privacy policy applies to that connection.
- WhatsApp, Instagram and Facebook. Links to these services take you away from this site. Their own privacy policies apply once you use them.
- Client websites. Some project cards link to websites we have worked on. We are not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
How we use your information
We use what you send us to reply to your enquiry, discuss and quote a project, deliver services you ask for, and keep reasonable business records. We do not sell your information.
Sharing
We share information only with providers we need to run our work (for example our email provider and project tools), or when the law requires it. Your messages may be processed in Pakistan or the United States, where our team works.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiries and project correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request, deliver the work and meet legal or accounting obligations, then delete or anonymise them.
Your choices
You can ask us to tell you what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it by emailing theagency11.team@gmail.com. If you are in the UK or EU, you also have the rights set out in data protection law, including the right to complain to your local regulator.
Children
This website is intended for businesses and is not directed at children.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
